It's been a common issue trying to authorize international credit cards. On many occasions we have not been able to authorize and so we have not been able to complete some orders. YES! Enough of me having to transfer money into my paypal, which costs me money for fees. Then I had to trasnfer it into my debit card account which is a even bigger fee.
