alrighty, yesterday I was stuck usuing a rental hopper on my Automag, And it kinda sucked,
My Halo has now refused to push the paintballs anymore,

When It was turned on the rip drive moved 15% of one full rotation, and then it signled a Jam,
It i moved the Rip Drive by myself ( manuel) then it would feed fine, although leaving it up to the hopper it never could.
Without paintballs the cone was spinning fine, put some paintballs inside of the hopper and it would automatically jam within 3 - 5 seconds.

Im thinking its the spring Tension. If I turn my hopper off and use my finger to spin the cone Backwards ( Clockwise) ( hopper facing forward)
then it just spins and spins, then stops and when I release it it wont "Snap" back into its original poistion. ( usualy if you spin the cone clockwise and let it go it quickly returns to the original position.)

So would you agree with me that this is my Logical area to cheak?
Or is there some Halo Tech that pretty much dooms me to eternal hell?
EDit: And how do you fix the spring tension.
I took out my cone when I cleaned my hopper and then I put it bak in, I though it was how you do it. I know now its wrong.

It defiantly sounds like your spring tension.
I have a video that might help.
give me a sec here........

EDIT: Ok, here you go.
The video is on how to install a hot rod kit, but if you fast forward to the end it will help you with your spring tension.
Good luck!

hold up i had the exact same problem but all you need to do is on the bottom of your raceway is to loosen up all the screws.

Nope, it is his spring tension.
It will tell the board that it is jamming if you don't have enough tension.

do you own a halo that has done this before ?
Tora
Yep. And he also took that feed cone out so that pretty much tells me that he did not take care of the spring tension.

ok lets just let him try both ways. and also my way will tell the board its jamming because the motor can't move
